It is the highest mandal, from where the Brahm (soul) of incarnation (अवतार), highly evolved beings descend on earth to show higher path to the human beings engrossed in bodily pleasures. To lead by example & live unto their teachings.

At each function of the Kshiti Jyoti Ashram, organized by the Vishwa Bhratrutwa Divyatma Parishad, Swarankshetra, Mahanga, Distt – Cuttack, Odisha (India) Bigraha (Pictures) of evolved souls of Kaivalya Mandal are kept in a pandal and all are worshipped with great reverence (पूजा). Bigraha of some of them are :
